I chose Cacti, after considering different options for resource monitoring of our linux servers. This article is all about , how I tightened my grip on the cacti , and made it work in our servers. If you are a newbie network administrator, this writeup would be really useful for a head start on resource and network monitoring using cacti.

LibcURL is a free and easy-to-use client-side URL transfer library. Its used often for getting files using URL syntax. cURL is an important library for PHP software such as Billing software like ModernBill ). LibcURL library allows these software to communicates with banks and payment gateways remotely.
In this article , we'll see how to install or upgrade libcurl to a
new version ( 7.15.3 ) and then integrate it to the PHP running in
the server. Following steps were successfully tested on a Plesk 7.5
server running on RHEL-3.

unsolicited emails originating from an IP address assigned to
you.

So starts the nightmare alert for a webserver administrator. It is followed by a Spamcop Mail informing the blocking of server. And then a support ticket , saying unable to sent mail to an AOL account.
