Col. E. V. Krishnan AJM, VSM(Rtd.)| Chairman and Managing Director

E. V. Krishnan is Chairman and Board member, Poornam Info Vision(parent company of Bobcares.com).

He has served over 35 years in various roles in the army, government and other organizations. A graduate from Kerala University, Col. Krishnan graduated from Indian Military Academy and commissioned to the Infantry arm of the Indian Army. During his 20 years in the army, he held challenging operational and administrative positions in War, Counter insurgency and peace.

Col. Krishnan served in Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and pension, Ministry of HRD in various positions. He was also Chief Welfare Officer to Govt. of India. Col. Krishnan is also an MBA in HR and Ph.D. in Organizational behavior.

During his service, he was awarded three National awards, two from President of India, Asiad Jyoti medal and Vishist Seva medal.

During his service for the Govt. of India, he was part of organizing committee for the 9th Asian games, 7th Non-alignment meeting, 9th Commonwealth heads of Govt. Meet, International Leprosy Congress, International Olympic council meet, Indira Gandhi International Boat race etc.

Amarjyoti Krishnan | Director and co-Founder, Head of Dept(Technical Services and Software development)

Amarjyoti Krishnan is coFounder and Board member, Poornam Info Vision(parent company of Bobcares.com). He created the Bobcares model of service delivery and was instrumental in growing the company to its current strength of 296 employees(as on Oct 07) in India and United States. He has over 8 years of experience in the Web Hosting industry. Currently, he oversees the Operations and Sales aspects of Bobcares. He is a regular speaker at conferences related to the Web Hosting industry.

Amarjyoti holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology(College of Engg, Chengannur).

Sangeetha Naik | Director and co-Founder, Head of Dept(Establishment).

Sangeetha Naik is coFounder and Board member, Poornam Info Vision(parent company of Bobcares.com). She developed software and systems that enabled Bobcares to scale support to 3.5 million websites. She also created and grew the Software services division. She was Management Representative(MR) and instrumental in consolidating ISO 9001:2000 companywide. She has over 8 years of experience in the Web Hosting industry. Currently she oversees Branding and Marketing. She also oversees HR, Finance and Administration divisions.

Sangeetha holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology(College of Engg, Chengannur).
