Bobcares crosses 100 employees

Poornam Info Vision Pvt. Ltd(parent company of Bobcares) recently
crossed 100 employees. Today Bobcares directly monitors and manages over 4000
servers across 58 networks around the globe. Our conservative
guess is that Bobcares must be directly maintaining the uptime of more
than 400,000 websites across the globe.
Though rapidly growing, Poornam still maintains a small family feel.
Everyone eats in the In-house Canteen, enjoying conversations with
people at all levels. It is during these times, that someone pops up
with a great idea. Or teams have heated discussions about some protocol,
or a hack.
At Poornam, we respect others, work hard (and play hard too!), think
globally, take risks, don't take ourselves too seriously, and all work
together to get things done.
There is little in the way of corporate hierarchy and everyone wears
several hats. An engineer helps in training or recruitment. Another
engineer turns into a Rock star for a night. And because there is no
hierarchy, no one hesitates to pile over a director during a game of
"Beg, Borrow, Steal".
As Poornam expands, it continues to improve service to new heights and have a great time in doing so.
