contradicting reasons and unbased comments in regarding you otherwise. It was imminent that your services were going to be terminated and it just happened so very shortly.
However, the company which we migrated to after that was a nightmare. Replies that took forever, power blackouts and missing staff were some of the many complaints. Well, that matter was done and over with but why i am citing this is that my belief that you were in your own league was strongly resurrected at that moment.
Hence my choice to partner with you guys once again with our own startup and I have not been disappointed since. I have been impressed with the promptness and politeness of the matters resolved. I have also worked with separate development projects with other members of your team and their service standard has been second to none as well. I would personally like to thank Sunjith, Tobby and Sandeep for their outstanding efforts. Though it has been a chore once in a while to explain a point clearly, it is primarily the medium of communication that is the culprit rather than the communicating parties themselves.
