Yes, we will refund the monthly recurring cost that we have charged you. The one time setup fees is not refundable.

Can I use Proactive Server Management plan for Software installations?
No software installations doesnt come under its scope. Proactive server management plans aim is to maintain a web hosting server (Web Server, DNS Server, Database, Email Server and FTP server , Control panel and OS ) in the most secure and optimised manner.

EVault etc. Or developing custom backup management application/scripts. (backup process will be audited on a monthly basis without additional charges).
- Root cause analysis of spamming, and implementing advanced preventive measures(if however it turns out that a server level vulnerability caused the spamming, credit will be issued for the hours spent on the analysis).
- Routine administration tasks like e-mail troubleshooting, file upload problems, database restore etc. (if the task arises due to a OS level service failure, it will be troubleshooted and fixed at no additional costs).
- Investigating/fixing websites in case of intrusion/hacking.(most site level hacking occurs due to an outdated installation of a software like say Joomla or due to use of weak passwords. If however the intrusion/defacing happened due to a server/service level vulnerability, it will be fixed without any additional charges).

What is the ETA for account/server activation?
Account activation takes close to 48 hours after we receive the signed SLA and NDA; questionnaire and server details from you. The activation takes course through initial server set-up, performing security audits, security implementations(only on your approval), server addition to monitoring system, and finally adding your account to our internal Help-Desk system, for effective communication.
