Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack PHP Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PHP frameworks, modern front-end technologies, REST APIs, and database development. The candidate should be a proactive team player with good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Development
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP frameworks such as:
- Laravel (Preferred)
- Symfony
- CodeIgniter
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Bootstrap
- React.js or Next.js (Preferred)
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in application deployment and post-release support.
Database Development
- Design and maintain MySQL databases.
- Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance.
- Work with PostgreSQL (preferred) where required.
- Ensure database integrity, backup, and efficient data management.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and fellow developers.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and effort estimation.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time.
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical challenges.
Quality & Process
- Follow SDLC processes and coding best practices.
- Write reusable, modular, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback.
- Support unit testing and application quality improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Follow application security and performance optimization best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Drupal CMS (Drupal 8/9/10) including custom module development, theme customization, site building, and API integrations.
- Experience with payment gateway integrations.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of Headless CMS concepts.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
- Basic understanding of automated testing frameworks.
- Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive web applications.
