How it all works
Email support : All customer support queries are routed through a Support Ticket System (Kayako, WHMCS, OTRS, etc.) which can be installed on your servers. The ticket system sends a notification to the Bobcares support team when a new support query is logged. The team provides service only via the ticket system. This way, all replies are tracked, monitored and archived.
Phone support : Bobcares gives you a dedicated local phone number, which you can advertise on your site. If you already have a support number, all incoming calls are instantly forwarded to our phone support team located at Phoenix, AZ. All callers are greeted with your custom welcome message, and your company policies are followed in resolving the support queries.
Live chat support : Your customers initiate a support contact using a Live Chat Support System that can be installed on your servers. Bobcares technical support team logs into the support system as operators, and all incoming support chats are accepted using your company’s custom welcome message.
If you do not intend to use a Support Ticket System, we can still transparently blend into your Hosting Service. When you sign up with Bobcares, you will need to assign an email address, firstname.lastname@example.org, which will forward mails to email@example.com. All queries are sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. This way, you can seamlessly shift support over to the Bobcares Support Team without even letting your customers know the difference.
To achieve total integration with your Support style, all replies to Customers are enclosed with your company’s greetings. Bobcares attempts to actively blend with your company’s image and style of functioning, rather than impose a separate style of functioning on your customers.
