Note: Plesk Installer uses port 8447.

Updating Plesk Obsidian via a command-line interface

1. Firstly, connect to a Plesk server via SSH (Linux) / RDP (Windows Server).

2. Then, start the upgrade using the following command:

Note: On Windows Server, start a command prompt as an Administrator.

plesk installer –select-release-latest –upgrade-installed-components

Please note during the update operation Plesk may not be accessible for several minutes but websites will stay online.
