If we want to receive email copies of multiple or individual email accounts on a remotely hosted or centralized email account we have to configure an Email Forwarder.

Let’s take a look at how we can configure it via the DirectAdmin control panel:

1. First, we have to login into the DirectAdmin control panel.
2. Then, head to Forwarders under Email Manager.
3. Next, click Create Email Forwarder and enter the required information as seen below:
   • New Forwarder Name:

     Here, we have to enter the email for which we want to set up a forwarder. Furthermore, we can create multiple forwarders at a time by clicking +Add.
   • Add Destination:

     Then, choose the destination from the dropdown list.
   • Destination Details:

     Here, we have to enter the destination details as per the Destination we have chosen.
4. Finally, it is time to click Create.

Similarly, we can easily delete an email forwarder in DirectAdmin with these steps:

1. First, we have to login into the DirectAdmin control panel.
2. Then, head to Forwarders under Email Manager.
3. Next, click Delete under Existing Forwarder.
4. Once we confirm the deletion of the selected Email Forwarder it will be deleted immediately.
