Amarjyoti Krishnan is the co-Founder and Board Member of Poornam Info Vision Pvt. Ltd. (parent company of Bobcares). He created the Bobcares model of service delivery and was instrumental in growing the company to its current strength of over 300 employees in India, Germany and United States. Amarjyoti has over 11 years of experience in the Web Hosting industry. Currently, he oversees the Operations and Sales aspects of Bobcares. He is a regular speaker at conferences related to the Web Hosting industry.

Amarjyoti holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology (College of Engg, Chengannur).

Sangeetha Naik | Director and co-Founder, Head of Dept(Establishment and Branding).

Sangeetha Naik is co-Founder and Board member, Poornam Info Vision (parent company of Bobcares.com). She developed software and systems that enabled Bobcares to scale support to 3.5 million websites. She also created and grew the Software services division. She was Management Representative (MR) and instrumental in consolidating ISO 9001:2000 companywide. She has over 11 years of experience in the Web Hosting industry. Currently she oversees Branding and Marketing. She also oversees HR, Finance and Administration divisions.

Sangeetha holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology (College of Engg, Chengannur).

Blessen Cherian | Member, Executive Group

As Member, Executive Team, Blessen Cherian brings in 8 years of experience in varied areas of Server Administration, Networking, Quality Management and Information Security. Blessen plays a crucial role in developing employee development training programs, implementing several engineering projects, analyzing the market and bringing in innovative plans and strategies which has helped Bobcares in its growth.

Blessen holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology (College of Engg, Chengannur), and a Post Graduate degree in Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode.

Lijoe Antony Chakiath | Member, Executive Group

As a Member of Executive Group, Lijoe Antony Chakiath oversees Information Security aspects at Bobcares including ISO 27001:2005. He also manages Mergers and Acquisitions interests of Poornam. Lijoe has over 7 years experience in the Web hosting industry and with Bobcares.

Lijoe Antony Chakiath graduated B.Tech Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology (College of Engineering, Chengannur), and holds an Executive MBA in General Management from Manipal Academy of Higher Studies (MAHE).

Agnisoonu K | Member, Executive Group

As Member, Executive team, Agnisoonu oversees all product development activity at Bobcares. He started his career as a web designer in 2001. His leadership skills soon got him to the position of Project Manager and Executive Team member. Agnisoonu played a major role in the growing the Bobcares' Software Development Division to 68 engineers.

Agnisoonu holds a B-Tech in Computer Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology (College of Engg, Chengannur) .

Noble Joshy | Member, Executive Group

As Member of Executive Team and Management Representative ( for ISO 9001:2000), Noble Joshy manages the Quality Management System (QMS) in Poornam, including ISO 9001:2000. He ensures that the processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained.He handles establishment department which includes - administration, HR,finance and internal system administration. He has experience of over 7 years in the Bobcares. He played a key role as Member of Executive Group in growth as well as building a strong organization.

Noble holds a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology (Model Engg. College). He also holds an Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Tobby Davasia | Member, Executive Group

Tobby Davasia Kollemalil has worked as a Lead Developer at Poornam, before taking the role of Member of Executive Group. He has worked in both the Technical, Development and the Training Division of Poornam. He manages the Software Development division at Bobcares and takes care of Strategic Partnership opportunities for Bobcares. Tobby has over 8+ years experience in the WebHosting Industry. He is a regular speaker in conferences related to the Web Hosting Industry.

Reeshma Mary Mathews joined Bobcares 7 years back, and was Team Leader for about 3 years, before taking up the challenge of maintaining Quality in the services provided by Bobcares. She plays a crucial role in ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS) in Poornam is in compliance with ISO 9001:2000.
