My name is Arindra Datta and our website is www.featuredhost.com . The first time i came to Bobcares was initially through reading various comments in Webhostingtalk and later on i confirmed
with another colleague about Poornam / Bobcares about their credibility and support .
But i can tell you for certain , the amount of knowledgeable support and the friendly vibes i got from them surpassed all my expectations . On 3-4 major occassions we have required the help and support of Bobcares and the result of each interaction has been thoroughly beneficial for us .
To give a truthful testimonial , I should be adding that not on all occassions the desired result was achieved in the first hour and it required staying patient . But then i used to come to them with severe problems, scenarios from where restoration was like the faintest of possibilities and every time they succeded - that they ensured.
On one occassion , I had a server which was hacked and by the time Bobcares left the server they not only removed the damage created by the hacking attempt , they even installed additional measures to prevent / curtail future hacking attempts.
On another occassion , quite recently , we were left in a total lurch .. by our old Datacenter . We recieved our backup from a server which IMHO was quite difficult to restore from , to put it mildly . Bobcares personnel worked with us on a domain by domain , step by step ... installed our control panel software multiple times to ensure compatibility issues , and made sure every end user account , every domain and every database could be brought back to the exact way it was before the server went down . Not only that , almost a week after the restoration was complete , they helped us with whatever issues we had / reports we got from our customers / complaints and made sure that we get value for every cent we paid for and more. I would say i was lucky to get them do a Control Panel Install , server Restoration , Additional Software installs and several hours of Sysadmin work - All at the price of one .
If that was just a testimonial of their Technical Support , I would like to add the same for their customer care . One of the main reasons i like is because - be it a Tech or be it a Customer care Excecutive , they are all human faces to me and a very friendly bunch of people , not just some email address or Chat ID's . And not to forget , these guys realy work 24 hours a day 365 days a year .

I have worked with Bobcares techs for the last few years. First, as

I had a cobalt Raq 4i server that my colocation company
was unable to fix after I had ran out of drive space. They suggested doing
a new OS restore - literally erasing over 30 websites. I told them to send
the server back to me and I would take care of it. I was able to get the
machine to boot (after erasing files) and put the server back online. I
then contacted bobcares.com (whom I have used in the past) to take care
of the current problems - not websites coming up. Within 2 hours their technicians

We have been using your services for 3 months now and have had Bobcares
migrate and work with servers that handle over 500 websites.
We use both windows and Linux servers that all run the Ensim server appliance.
We also are now using vmware virtual servers to run some of our system
Because of this we need techs with skills and experience in maintaining
both Windows and Linux
We also require skills and experience in using Vmware Virtual Servers
