Bobcares introduces the concept of Extended Office for Technical Support Operations. An offshore team of specialized engineers that work, either independently or with other in-house teams you may have.
For 40 hours a week (160 hours a month), a qualified and experienced Engineer works in your Technical support operations. Services include Helpdesk/email support, Live chat support, Periodic server management, server maintenance and proactive maintenance, plus anything and everything it takes to run your technical support operation smoothly.
When you contract a dedicated team/engineer, Bobcares invests for you in staff, training, technical and physical infrastructure. This dedicated team is trained in your line of business and processes, to help your customers anytime of the day or night. The Dedicated team will be an 'Extended' team that is trained in your line of business and processes and can supplement other teams you may have.

- Option to set customized response and resolution time.
- Unlimited tickets and unlimited servers supported
- Proactive measures to maintain the maximum uptime of servers.
- Human Monitoring your servers.
- Regular server audits and implements system to ensure the stability of servers.
- Expert in at least 2 control panel technologies.
- For special skill sets, the professionals can be trained inhouse or locally.
- Start off with a single engineer and add on new members as and when the need arises.
