As a solution, a responsive theme was created for the website, and the media and site layout was re-designed to give a web 2.0 feel. Media queries, flexible grid based layouts, and flexible flat images were employed to make the website re-align automatically based on device boundaries.

Web 2.0 design

As part of expanding their business, a services company was looking for a fresh new look for their website. A responsive website with web 2.0 design layout with vibrant images was suggested as a solution. Vertical scrolling paradigm was implemented to allow users to quickly see all the benefits of their service without having to click on new pages. So, when a hair styling website needed a revamp, our designers came up with a color scheme and layout that gave a positive vibe to the website. Plugins and widgets

Domain registration plugin

To facilitate higher customer sign-ups for a web hosting company, an interface was designed which allowed customers to check availability of domains, and register them without having to contact a sales person. WHMCS was the billing software used in the company, and all functions that were used by a sales person to query and register a domain name was implemented using WHMCS API calls.

Media management plugin

An anime website got frequent customer queries regarding where to access different episodes in a series. An intuitive interface was created for this website by customizing NextGen gallery. Visitors could easily list series based on various search criteria, and view all episodes within a particular series. Through a custom plugin, the admin was given an easy interface to classify media into various categories, and restrict access based on user permissions.

Google maps integration

A construction supplies company got frequent calls from customers about the exact location of their supply points. As a solution to enable easy navigation to the supply points, Google Maps was integrated into their website, where the supply points were tagged. Using API calls to Google Maps service, cache control, and optimized frame design, A query execution time and page load time of less than 2 seconds was achieved.

Menu plugin customization

For a web hosting company that offered a wide variety of services, an intuitive, multi layer menu was designed to channel visitors quickly to the information they were looking for. A top level menu was designed using large icons to intuitively convey the service type, and sub-menus were designed to show service sub-categories and their features.

Feature comparison

A web hosting provider received frequent queries on how one plan compared to another. A multi-tab interface was designed to enable customers to easily compare features of various plans, and easily check out into a cart when they are satisfied with a particular plan. Space was optimized for content display, tables were designed to be responsive, Ajax was used to get the latest price information from database, and JQuery was used for smooth transitions between tabs.

WooCommerce - WHMCS integration

With their products becoming popular, an electronics supplier was looking for an e-commerce solution which enables customers to easily buy their products online. For this purpose, the feature rich Woo-commerce plugin was integrated into the website with seamless styles editing. Additionally, the sales data was linked to the back-end WHMCS billing software to tally the total revenue of the company.

Custom quote generation plugin

With growing client base, a web hosting company kept receiving frequent requests to create a custom configured plan. To enable faster customer conversion, an intuitive interface was designed to guide the user in selecting various service components. JQuery and Ajax was used to dynamically change the pricing information based on customer input, thereby enabling them to make quick decisions, and promoting faster checkout.

Inspirational quotes widget

For a lifestyle website, setting the right mood determines its popularity. A dynamic box to display inspirational quotes was designed for a lifestyle website that fetches quotes from a database based on the keywords of a page. An admin interface was designed to insert the quotes and associate tags with it. Smooth transition effects were designed to show new quotes when the visitor moves on to a different page.

Content management widget

A content management widget was created for a spa website, which allowed the webmaster to quickly create new pages with custom layouts and responsive display blocks. To minimize resource usage, popular plugins in the market was avoided, and instead native WordPress functions were used.

Gift certificate creation plugin

To facilitate easy management of marketing campaigns, a gift coupon management system was designed for a restaurant. Using this plugin, coupons could be created from the admin interface, specific dishes on offer could be linked to the coupon, applicable discounts could be added, and expiry dates could be set.

First data payment gateway integration

A course ware management system was created for an online tutorial website, which allowed the administrator to easily assign (and un-assign) learning material to customers who signed up specific classes. WP membership plugin was customized for this requirement and FirstData payment gateway was integrated into the payment module.

To Do list manager plugin

Timely execution of accounting tasks was critical for an accounting firm, and they were on the look out for an automated solution where such tasks could be assigned and monitored. A plugin was created with which tasks could be created either through an automated cron job, or by the administrator. Tasks could be assigned or transferred to specific members through the admin interface. Based on payment status, automated cron jobs could mark the tasks are done.

Live chat integration

To enable better customer engagement, a persistent LiveChat frame was designed for a web hosting site. The color of the frame changed based on the online status of sales team. The frame could be minimized or expanded on click action which allowed visitors to use the feature only when they needed it.

Member profile management

A member profile interface was designed for an online course website, which allowed members to access videos related to the classes they signed up for. An associated admin interface was designed through which specific videos could be assigned to members who signed up for various classes. Through the feedback tab, members could submit comments about the course to the tutor.

Gravity forms customization

For an online course website, customer data submitted via forms reached different mail boxes causing data to be duplicated and misplaced. A better data collection system was implemented through the versatile Gravity Forms plugin, and the data storage was centralized in cloud through integrating the forms to Insightly project management tool.

ISP config auto-signup

For a web hosting company one of the top concerns is customer convenience. A auto-signup and auto-provision feature was implemented for a web hosting company, where user accounts were automatically created in the ISP Config servers, and the hosting account details were sent as a welcome mail within a minute of signing up from the site. This reduced manual processing over head, and increased customer wait time on service setup.

Video gallery management

In an anime website, new videos get added to the database on a regular basis. A gallery management plugin was designed which allowed the administrator to classify the videos into various categories, series and episodes. By enabling addition of tags for each video, users could easily search the videos they want.

Event signup plugin

Customer signups were made easy on an event management website by using an easy to use booking interface. An intuitive form was designed where available slots were displayed, payments were accepted using specially integrated Stripe payment, and booking was confirmed after payment was verified.
