A webmail signature is a block of text appended to the end of an email message. Generally, it contains the sender’s name and contact information.

It is often called an email footer.

Also, it provides a recipient with the information about your company and helps recognize it.

How we add images to the signature

We follow the below steps to add an image to the signature.

– Initially, we upload the image either on the hosting account or on an image-sharing site.

– After that, we access the mail account and click on Settings.

– Then we go to Preferences -> Composing Messages. Here, we set Compose HTML messages to always.

– After that, we open the link to the image we initially uploaded in the browser and repeat steps above to access the Signature file in HTML mode

– Then we click on the image customer wish to attach to the signature and drag it to the field called Signature.

– Finally, we hit on Save.
