– Initially, we log into the Webmail dashboard and choose the RoundCube option.

– From the RoundCube dashboard, we click on the Settings option in the upper right corner of the screen.

– Then we click on the Identities tab.

– After that, within the Identities tab we find and click on the desired identity in the left hand panel.

– Here, we click on the Signatures tab.

– Then we can either select the Standard Signature Box or HTML Signature Box in the Signature field.

– After that, we click on the Save button located underneath the tabs.

How we add images to the signature

We follow the below steps to add an image to the signature.

– Initially, we upload the image either on the hosting account or on an image-sharing site.

– After that, we access the mail account and click on Settings.

– Then we go to Preferences -> Composing Messages. Here, we set Compose HTML messages to always.

– After that, we open the link to the image we initially uploaded in the browser and repeat steps above to access the Signature file in HTML mode

– Then we click on the image customer wish to attach to the signature and drag it to the field called Signature.

– Finally, we hit on Save.
