What's a work estimate? How does it work?
Many issues such as server config errors or firewall issues gets resolved in 1 hour. But some others, like database errors or malware cleaning needs estensive work, and could take more than 1 hour.
The initial consultation convers 1 hour of server administration, but if the resolution takes more than 1 hour, we will provide a plan to move forward and we will keep you updated about the progress of the work continuously.
Work done after the first hour is billed in the increments of 30 minutes in a pay-as-you-go manner. After completion of the work, work will be billed based on time spent for the complete work.
