laravel error in exception handler

He was receiving this error message on a blank white screen.

On checking the error our Support Engineers found the problem to be with the app/storage folder.

So we changed the owner of app/storage folder to ‘www-data’ which is the user that runs the web server (apache).

For that, we ran the below command.

sudo chown -R www-data:www-data app/storage

And then we made sure that the permission of the folder is set to 755.

For that, we ran the below command.
