All about “phpMyAdmin page not found” error in Cyberpanel

The recent Cyberpanel upgrade has left many of our customers with the phpMyAdmin page not found error. Fortunately, our Support Team stepped up to the task and came up with an easy solution to resolve this error.

The reason behind this error is that the phpMyadmin folder will not be available at the /usr/local/CyberCP/public/ location. Let’s take a look at how our Support Team resolves this issue.

How to resolve phpMyAdmin page not found error?

  1. First, we will check the current version of Cyberpanel by running this command:
    cyberpanel -v

    We can also verify the version via the Cyberpanel dashboard or through the installation logs located at /var/log/installLogs.txt.

  2. Then, we will rerun the upgrade again with the following command:
    For a default upgrade:

    sh <(curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/user1/cyberpanel/stable/preUpgrade.sh || wget -O – https://raw.githubusercontent.com/usmannasir/cyberpanel/stable/preUpgrade.sh)

    For an upgrade to a specific version:

    https://raw.githubusercontent.com/user1/cyberpanel/<version>/cyberpanel_upgrade.sh

    Remember to replace <version> with the correct version.

Once the upgrade is re-run complete the phpMyAdmin folder will appear in the /usr/local/CyberCP/public/phpmyadmin location.
