    "enableIntegrationWithDefaultWslDistro" : false
  5. Save the changes and relaunch the project.

5: Change Command Prompt Settings

  1. First, open the Search dialog box by pressing Windows key + S.
  2. Then, enter “Command Prompt” in the search bar.
  3. Now, run Command Prompt as administrator.
  4. Next, right-click on the top bar and, select Properties.
  5. Head to the Options tab enable the Use Legacy console checkbox and click OK.

6: Reset Winsock

  1. To begin with, open the Run dialog box.
  2. Then, type “cmd”, hold Ctrl + Shift, and click OK.
  3. After that, run the following commands:
    netsh int ip reset
    netsh winsock reset
  4. Restart the PC.
