Cannot find the domain name in AWStats or Webalizer? We can help you.
Sometimes we fail to view domain names under AWStats or Webalizer in cPanel.
Here, at Bobcares, we assist our customers with several AWS queries as part of our AWS Support Services.
Today, let us see how we can fix this issue.
Cannot find Domain Name in AWStats or Webalizer
Generally, the error displays, ”There are no domains which have AWStats stats to display”.
Moving ahead, let us see how our Support Techs go about this query.
In case the issue is domain-specific and not server-wide, we can use the steps given below to resolve it.
1. Initially, we run the following script:
/scripts/runweblogs cPanel_username
Here, we need to provide the username of the domain for which we face the issue.
2. Then we restart the cPanel service of the server:
service cpanel restart
On the other hand, if it is a server-wide issue for all the domains in the server, our Support Techs recommend checking the details below:
1. File /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/awstats.pl
This file should have 755 permission.
2. /usr/local/cpanel/base/awstats.pl
Likewise, this file should have a symlink to /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/awstats.pl
