Steps to access CyberPanel without the 8090 port

In CyberPanel, we can access the admin interface through port 8090 by default. Sometimes, we need to hide or remove port 8090 for security reasons or to simplify access to the control panel.

1. Make a website for the hostname

1. Find the domain for which we want to access CyberPanel without port 8089.

2. Then develop a website for this hostname or domain.

3. We must also confirm the A record of this domain already points to our server.

4. Now access the INTERNET SITES and create a site.

For the domain chosen above, we need to issue an SSL certificate.

3. Set up CyberPanel without port 8090

1. Firstly, we’ve to verify that an SSH connection has been established to the server.

4. To the website, include the below rewrite rule by going to Websites and then List of Websites in the CyberPanel user interface. Click Manage to the right of the panel that contains the domain.
