Secure Your Linux Web Server with Imunify360 on CyberPanel
Imunify360 is a popular option as it offers an all-included shield with advanced firewall, intrusion detection, and malware scanning capabilities.
It offers a multi-layered security approach, making it a preferred choice for web server protection. It supports various Linux distributions like CentOS, CloudLinux, Ubuntu, and AlmaLinux. For those using CyberPanel, the integration needs CloudLinux OS, for seamless operation and compatibility.
If you’re using CyberPanel, integrating Imunify360 can boost your server’s defenses. Here’s how you can get started.
Depending on our preference, we can opt for key-based or IP-based installation. Here’s a guide for CyberPanel users:
- First, register for a trial license of Imunify360. During registration, we have to enter details like work email, name, company name, number of servers, operating system, hosting panel, etc.
After registration, we will receive a trial license key and access credentials for the Imunify360 service administration page.
- Then, make sure CyberPanel is installed on a CloudLinux OS. If the server is not running CloudLinux, we have to convert it. CloudLinux offers enhanced security and stability, making it an ideal foundation for Imunify360.
- Then head to Immunify360 under Security in the CyberPanel interface. Enter the Imunify360 key and click the “Install Now” button.
- After installation, click “Access Now” to activate Imunify360. Then, log in with the root credentials to access the integrated security panel and start managing the server’s security.
Customize ModSecurity for Imunify360
