I have 2 POP email accounts and 1 IMAP email account. I’ve started getting the “IMAP server closed connection”, even though no scheduled email send/receive was checked for any of my accounts.

    What else can I do?

Is it possible to convert IMAP to POP, as I’ve had nothing but problems with my IMAP and absolutely none with my POP accounts?

      Hello Thom,

While you cannot directly “convert” your existing IMAP account to a POP3 account, it is still a relatively simple process consisting out of the following steps:

      1. Add your POP3 account.
      2. Transfer your mail folders.
      3. Optionally; Export and import your message rules.
      4. Remove your current IMAP account.

We’ll be happy to talk to you on chat (click on the icon at right-bottom).
