How to use auto signature in Zimbra?

Steps to use signature automatically in Zimbra

An email’s end can have an automatic signature. Along with the name, a sign may also contain other text. Adding a link to a URL, formatting the signature, and adding graphics are all possible if we’re using an HTML editor. Additional signatures are possible. For instance, we might use a formal sign for emails sent to clients and a more casual one for emails to friends. We can also create various email identities or personas, and assign them to different addresses.

The steps are as follows:

  1. Firstly, navigate to Preferences >> Signatures.
  2. Enter a name for the signature in the Name text box that is descriptive. Since we can create multiple signatures, it’s beneficial to use a name that is easily recognizable.
  3. Click the Format As HTML dropdown menu and choose Format As Plain Text to format in plain text (Optional).
  4. Type the signature text exactly as we want it to appear in the text box. We can include images and make links in the signature text if we use Format as an HTML formatting option.
  5. Choose the primary account signature or default signature from the drop-down menu in the Using Signatures section to use with messages sent from the user’s various accounts.
  6. Then choose where to put the signature in a message.

    Select the Above included messages to add the signature at the end of the reply and before the included messages. Else, we can select the Below included messages to add the signature at the end of the message.

  7. Finally, select Save.
