Dnn edit page not working

DNN is a web content management system and web application framework based on the .NET Framework.

The DNN Platform Edition is open source. DNN is written in C#, though it existed for many years as a VB.NET project.

Usually, when we click the edit page at the top right of the screen, We get the dropdown, It used to switch to edit mode.

But sometimes when we click the blue edit page button and nothing happens.

Today, let us see the steps followed by our Support techs to resolve it.

1) Firstly, login to http://domain.com/login.aspx.

2) Then, Host > Host settings > Advance settings

3) Check the ” Use Hosted jQuery Version” check box

4) Also update the following URLs if it’s missing:

a) Firstly, hosted jQuery URL: https://ajax.aspnetcdn.com/ajax/jQuery/jquery-1.9.1.min.js

b) Hosted jQuery Migrate Plugin URL: https://ajax.aspnetcdn.com/ajax/jquery.migrate/jquery-migrate-1.2.1.min.js

c) Hosted jQuery UI URL: https://ajax.aspnetcdn.com/ajax/jquery.ui/1.10.3/jquery-ui.min.js

5) Also in the CDN Settings:

a) Check “Enable MS Ajax CDN” checkbox

b) Check the “Enable Telerik CDN” checkbox.
