How to disable Greylisting in Plesk?
Greylisting is a spam prevention method that briefly rejects and reissues emails from unknown senders. By turning it off, email delivery from unknown senders will happen after a temporary rejection.
We can follow the below steps in order to disable the Greylisting feature in Plesk:
1. Initially, as an admin, access the Plesk control panel.
2. In order to access the “Tools & Settings” page, click it. The left sidebar or the “Server Management” section is typically where we can find it.
3. Now, find the “Mail Server Settings” option on the “Tools & Settings” page, and then click it. By doing so, the mail server settings will be opened.
4. The “Greylisting” section can be found on the “Mail Server Settings” page. We should have the ability to enable or disable greylisting as an option.
5. Simply uncheck the box next to “Switch on greylisting spam protection for all mailboxes” or a related option to turn off greylisting.
6. Lastly, to save the changes after unchecking the greylisting checkbox, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “OK” or “Apply” button.

Conclusion
Removing greylisting can cause more spam to arrive in the mailbox. If we discover that spam has become a big problem, we want to think about putting in place additional spam protection measures or using a third-party anti-spam solution.
