Method 1:

1. Select the database from RDS instances by clicking. Next, choose the connection and security table by clicking on it, as seen below. Select the VPC security group after that.

2. Next, choose Inbound Rules and press the “Edit Inbound Rules” button.

4. Select PostgreSQL under “Type.” Click “Source” and choose “Anywhere-IPv4”.
