Generally, it is not possible to perform this via the SolusVM interface. However, we can do this directly on the OpenVZ node.
Moving ahead, let us see how our Support Techs go about enabling Netfilter in a few and easy steps.
The steps are as follows:
1. Initially, we connect to SolusVM OpenVZ node over SSH.
2. After that, we stop the required container:
vzctl stop VMID
We can find the VMID of a container from, SolusVM > Virtual Servers > VMID column:
3. Once complete, we need to enable the Netfilter:
vzctl set VMID –netfilter full –save
4. Finally, we go ahead and start the container:
vzctl start VMID
