JQL queries comprise a set of words as well as operators that help Jira narrow down the search. While we can use pre-built queries for basic searches, we have to write our own for custom searches. Once we enable this, it improves the performance. Moreover, it also reduced the “unknown error” messages by fine-tuning the JQL query that is responsible for retrieving Salesforce as well as Jira associations. Additionally, these queries are a part of projects with active binding.

We can access the configuration settings with these steps:

1. First, we will head to Apps and then select Connections under Salesforce in the sidebar.
2. Next, we have to choose the connection and then click Configure.
