Click on the “play button”, and you can hear what your customer asked the phone support agent, and how we handled the session. You can learn about hold times, how quickly we analyzed the issue, and how thoroughly we resolved the issue. We encourage you to review the recordings from time to time and let us know your comments. We would like you to be 100% satisfied with our service.

At the end of each call, we request a feedback from the customer. Listed along side each call will be the feedback recording. You’ll find how helpful your customers found the support, and any suggestions for improvement, which can be used to further customize the support for you.
