OneDrive Backup on Plesk
We can safely store the backups on the OneDrive cloud storage platform by following the below steps on how to set up OneDrive backup on Plesk:
1. Navigate to Tools & Settings > Backup Manager > Remote Storage Settings > Microsoft OneDrive Backup.
2. Log in to the Microsoft account. Backups made by Plesk will be kept on the account’s OneDrive storage. Make a Microsoft account if we don’t already have one.
3. In order to send the Microsoft authorization data to Plesk, click the link.
4. Check the option labeled “Use the storage.”
5. Backups created by Plesk are automatically stored in the Microsoft OneDrive storage under the “Apps/plesk-backup/” folder. Also, we can choose a different folder.
6. Press OK.
Storage for Microsoft OneDrive backups is set up. It is now an option to choose when making a scheduled or manual backup. Go to Websites & Domains > Backup Manager > Remote Storage Settings > Microsoft OneDrive Backup, then select the “Log out” link if we wish to store backups in OneDrive storage linked to a separate Microsoft account.
This will disable off the OneDrive backup storage that is currently connected. After that, we can attach another one by repeating the previous procedures.

Conclusion
Plesk backups saved in OneDrive Backup storage are not deleted when the storage device is disconnected. So, we are able to see and restore the backups that have been stored in the Backup Manager.
