- First, we have to log in to the OVHcloud Control Panel. Then head to the Web Cloud section and select Hosting Plans.
- After that, we have to choose the FTP-SSH tab.
- Next, we choose one of the following options to modify the FTP password depending on whether our Web Hosting plan allows us to create an additional FTP user:
- For plans that do not offer an additional FTP user:
We can easily modify the password by clicking the Pencil icon in the Password column and entering the new password. Do not forget to click the confirm button.
- For plans that offer multiple FTP users:
In order to modify the FTP password of a specific FTP user, we have to click the three dots next to that user name and select Change Password. Remember to click Confirm after entering the new password.
- For plans that do not offer an additional FTP user:
- After that, head to the Ongoing Jobs tab and refresh the page. We will notice the new change in a few minutes.
