Please note to use Advanced Monitoring 1.4.3 with Grafana 8.0, you need to have the Grafana extension version 1.2.3.

For Linux

1. Firstly, connect to the server via SSH

2. Run the following command to downgrade grafana package:

RPM-based systems (CentOS, RHEL):

yum downgrade grafana-7.5.7-1.x86_64

APT-based systems (Ubuntu, Debian):

apt-get install grafana=7.5.5

3. Then, log in to Plesk

4. Go to Tools and Settings > System Updates > All Packages tab, find grafana using the search bar, select it and click Lock to prevent automatic update of the package.

For Windows

1. Firstly, connect to the server via RDP

2. Then, download the file grafana-1.2.2-228.zip.

3. Next, log in to Plesk

4. Go to Extensions and install Panel.ini Editor extension

5. Go to Extensions > My Extensions > Panel.ini editor > Edit and add the following lines to allow installing extensions from zip archives:

extensionUpload = true

6. Then, go to Extensions > My Extensions and click Upload Extension

7. Select grafana-1.2.2-228.zip to upload

8. Once the installation is complete, go to Advanced Monitoring, and click Fix installation, in case such a button appears
