To Activate “Feature Manager” For The Packages

Configuring SpamAssassin in the cPanel

  1. Firstly, login to the cPanel.
  2. Then go to the Email section and click on the Spam Filters icon.
  3. Now toggle the switch next to Process New Email and Mark as Spam. When we enable SpamAssassin, the toggle bar is blue. Else, it is disabled.
  4. From the same page, we can also configure the Filter: Setting Spam Auto-Delete option which allows us to automatically delete emails that exceed the spam threshold. To do so, we can select the required score from a drop-down menu. The higher the number, the stricter the setting. Simply click the Auto-Delete Spam button to enable the filter. Click the Disable Auto-Delete Spam button to turn off the filter.
  5. Blacklist and Whitelist configuration: We can fill the list of blacklist_from to add the sender to Apache SpamAssassin Blacklist. Also, we can add the sender to the whitelist in whitelist_from.Blacklist if SpamAssassin incorrectly marks it as spam.

Spam Box

We can enable Spam Box by clicking the toggle bar in the Move New Spam to a Separate Folder (Spam Box) in the Spam Filters section. When this is enabled, a spam folder for spam messages will be created.

In order to access Spam Folder, we need to subscribe to the spam folder in our mail client to view or process spam messages held there.
