1. First, we will log in as the root user to WHM.
2. Then, we will navigate to Tweak Settings under the Server Configuration section.
3. After that, we have to select the PHP tab.
4. Next, we will increase the upload limit to the desired value for cPanel PHP max upload size. Our Support Engineers would like to point out that we cannot enter values above 2047MB.
5. Then, we will click Save.

After this process, phpMyAdmin will display the new maximum upload size on the import screen right next to the upload button.
