Imunify360 Ignore List | How to add an entry

Imunify360 is a powerful tool that keeps our websites secure by scanning for malware. However, there might be certain files or directories that we want to exclude from scanning. That’s where the Ignore List comes in handy!

Today, we are going to walk through the steps to add a new file to Imunify360’s Ignore List:

1. First, we have to log in to our WHM account.
2. Then, locate the Plugins option and click Imunify360. This will take us to the Imunify360 interface.
3. Next, we have to click the Malware Scanner tab.
4. Now, click the IGNORE LIST tab under the Malware Scanner options.
5. At this point, we will see a “Add new entry” button. Once we click it, a small window will pop up where we have to enter the details.
6. Remember to choose the type of entry we want to add. Then enter the path of the file or folder that we want to exclude.
7. Finally, click the “Add” button.
8. At this point, we will get a success message confirming that the file or folder has been added to the Ignore List.
